pragma comment

Hi All,

Just pulled the latest code and find an issue for those that use MinGW under Windows.


In fileref.h there has been a 'pragma comment(lib, "shlwapi.lib")' added for the use of "PathFindExtensionW(...)" and "PathFindExtensionA(...)" in fileref.cpp.

This is an unsupported pragma by GNU, Thus it fails for those that use MinGW.

Could someone higher skilled then I please look into this and resolve or kick me in the right direction.

My thoughts are this should be handled in CMakeLists ... Right or Wrong ??
