Infinite loop in MPEG::File::findID3v2()

Hello all,

Just wanted to report a bug I ran into in MPEG::File::findID3v2() in TagLib 1.8. "In the wild" I ran into an MP3 that has ~38kb of 00s (that is 0x00, not '0') at the beginning of the file and then starts with MP3 frames. There is no ID3v2 or v1 tag at the beginning or end of the file.

When I tried to read the tags with taglib it went into an infinite loop.
