using taglib with Qt

Hello Taglib developer,

Taglib looks like a wonderful library to work with. Unfortunately, I am 
not so good at compiling and linking libraries manually. That is why I 
want to ask you this question: Could you help me setting up the latest 
Taglib(1.8) for use with Qt Creator? I am making a cross platform 
application, so instructions for Windows and Linux are welcome.
