Bug 304015 - Corrupted FLAC files scan can result in heavy CPU consumption

Hi,

I submit this bug on the KDE bug tracker some times ago:

However, I didn't receive any response yet :(
I saw today on TagLib homepage that bugs should now be reported on the
GitHub bug tracker, instead of the KDE one.
Should I resubmit my bug on GitHub?
Or did I get no response simply because you didn't have time to have a look
to it?

Also, I tried to give most details as possible in the bug, but if it's not
clear enough or if you need other information, please let me know ;)
