Taglib 1.8 issues

Hi, just a minor detail I discovered with the taglib 1.8 release: In
taglib.h, I guess

#define TAGLIB_MAJOR_VERSION 1
#define TAGLIB_MINOR_VERSION 7
#define TAGLIB_PATCH_VERSION 0

should be changed to:

#define TAGLIB_MAJOR_VERSION 1
#define TAGLIB_MINOR_VERSION 8
#define TAGLIB_PATCH_VERSION 0
