asf/mp4 not enable

You probably forgot to compile taglib with the flags to enable those 2 formats...
By the way, why are they disabled by default?

Hi, tag-lib developers, can you explain me how to enable asf and mp4,
i cant do it because i get error when i try to compile it, look at
error below:
