Info regarding GbK Encoding.

Hi All,

I am Curious to know if we can validate utf8 String if string contain GBK
Char-set through TagLib.Is there any way to get the
raw byte and on basis of raw byte we can able to find out the encoding for
the string.

Intention is to know the encoding if we are passing gbk string as an input
to TagLib.
