TagLib 1.7.2 released

There was one more important bug fix that was fixed in master, but I
forgot to cherry-pick it for the 1.7.1 release. It got assigned a CVE
number yesterday, so I've decided to push one more bugfix release to
fix the problem.

Changes since version 1.7.1:

 * Fixed division by zero while parsing corrupted MP4 files (CVE-2012-2396).
 * Fixed compilation on Haiku.
