Bug 254223 - Collection scanner misses APETAGEX if Lyrics3 tag is present

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to call some attention to my patch for reading APE tags if 
there's a Lyric3 tag present.
I think it's an important issue because currently Replay Gain information 
can't be read from a lot of files.
