multi id3v2 tag？

Hello, I found some mp3 files contain both id3v2.3 and  id3v2.4 tags, but
taglib can't find the id3v2.4.
When using

ID3v2::Tag *id3v2tag = f.ID3v2Tag();

id3v2tag return with id3v2.3.0, never found id3v2.4.0
