TagLib and disc number

Hi

We made a few patches to the taglib to fit our needs. We added some more convenience for id3v2 and mp4 tags (e.g. disc number and total discs) and we did a few other things to make the lib more iTunes compatible. Maybe if you're interested I can send them to you. We have to publish them anyway when we release our software.
