TagLib and Windows

Hi,

I've been struggling with TagLib and I couldn't get it working on 
Windows. With the use of this tutorial I was able to compile TagLib to a 
dll file - but how can I use it now? The command

/HINSTANCE m_hInst;
m_hInst = ::LoadLibrary((LPCWSTR)"taglib.dll"); /

works but when I try to apply a method like

/TagLib::FileRef f(file); /

I get tons of errors...
