Two patches: autoconf support and AIFF/WAVE sampleWidth

I recently updated to the latest svn and I wasn't able to build using
autoconf. I seem to recall that autoconf isn't the preferred build method,
but I figured since the Makefiles and such are checked in they should work.
I've attached a patch to get that working.

Also, I added a property to WAVE and AIFF: sampleWidth, in line with FLAC. I
don't think sampleWidth is the best term- I would suggest bitDepth or
bitsPerSample- but since it was used in FLAC properties already I went with
it.
