Dropping automake/autoconf support for 1.6.2

Hi Lukas,

I did this to version 1.5 from taglib an called it taglib 1.5.1 for my 
personal use. I had to build rpm packages (openSuSE) and got bad errors when 
using the cmake build system at this time (start of 2009), so i decided to 
make this workaround.
