Lame header implementation

Hi,
I finished implementing the lame tag.

Currently that is used by different players to calculate the audio gain.
Also it is used by gtkpod to enable gap-less playback.

The attached diff is only against the mpeg directory

I also extended the framelist example to test the implementation. Please
drop me a mail if you are interested in that.
