Well I guess if the Xing header and TLEN says different things,
which tag should get to decide... The Xing header should probably
take precedence. And then you should always write that too, and
then well, there is no point in the TLEN tag.

This patch exists and does what I was thinking of:

A case that should be handled (I guess) is when there is a
TLEN tag and no Xing header. In that case the TLEN tag
should be used, then when writing the tags it should be removed
and replaced with a Xing header.
