Fwd: taglib bug...

I tried converting lugradio mp3 file to wav ( 32000 Hz, mono) and
reencoding it back to mp3 with 'lame lugradio.wav
lugradio_preset_voice.mp3 --preset voice' and I get the same bug,
lenght is 90min 30sec where amarok sees it as 39min 17sec.

I see that 1UP file is 44000 Hz, and it too shows different lenght.

The difference I see is that audacious sees LUGRadio file the correct
lenght but 1UP file starts as a 31:58 but as it plays audacious
corrects track lenght to 38:42 than 40:32...

So there is definitelly a difference - maybe resolution? 32 vs 44 kHz?
