TagLib documentation error in fileref.h

Hello,

I believe there is a documentation error in taglib in
trunk/kdesupport/taglib/taglib/fileref.h on line 75. Implementing this
example will cause compilation errors with some compilers, and I think
is not a very typesafe method in any case. An example of an
implementation that caused errors can be seen in

Attached is a patch to fix the documentation to suggest a proper
typesafe function signature.
