problem with 96kbps/44.1k file

I am trying to play a downloaded file through audacious, and stderr
gives me a taglib error: TagLib: MPEG::Header::parse() -- Invalid sample
rate.

But when I open the file with XMMS and Mplayer, it plays just fine at
96kbps 44.1k. Is there anything I can do to figure out why it plays in
mplayer, and xmms by taglib doesn't like it?

It's a publically accesible podcast (actually) so if anyone wants to get
it I can send the URL to the list.

Mplayer's detail of the file.
