itunes support with cover

Hi All,

due to external request, I added support for Cover extraction for iTunes 
files. Find the files on my website:

http://www.isign-softart.de/

in the projects section. Please note, that the C-Bindings have not been 
modified, perhaps somebody different could do that again?
