m4a/mp4 itunes files

Hi All,

after some minor searching on the net, I found just a bunch of patches, all 
using external libs for itunes file support. I am seriously thinking about 
adding mp4 file support to taglib by writing the parsers from scratch.

Are there any concerns about mp4 file support? Or even more interesting: Is 
there already a patch for standalone mp4 file support?
