Wave and wave chunk support

Hello,

I've just integrated TagLib 1.2 to the import tool of RivenDell. That's
a great API :)

I wonder why there isn't a TagLib::Wave::File class ? AudioProperties
are easy to extract and the Wave format supports optionnal chuncks which
can provide rich metadata (like BWF and Cart chuncks for broadcast
applications).

Would that be compatible with the TagLib goals ?
