[KStopmotion] Stopmotion release 0.8.6

Hi!
I announced release 0.8.6 on planetkde.org, see 
https://gruenich.blogspot.com/2023/01/stopmotion-086-released.html
It took me some time to setup my own blog and add some content.

Further, the Debian package for 0.8.6 is published and the one for 
openSuse is in review.

I started working on the next release 0.9.0. I dropped qmake and stuff 
that is deprecated Qt 5. The transistion to Qt 6 is in an early stage 
and some helping hands are welcome:
