RKWard 0.8.3 is released

[DES Alfonso Cano Robles]

It ran ok with R 4.5.2
But after updating to 4.6 it renders no html... It does run and recognized
R 4.6.

I tried Master daily buil from 2026-05-17 but it didn't recognized any
version of R 4.5.2 nor 4.6 .
