RKWard 0.8.3 is released

[DES Alfonso Cano Robles]

Hi, just had a problem with a mac updating to R 4.6,
It just dropped all HTML rendering, with no welcome screen and no output
window showing anything.

Ran this commands with no success.

Starting from: /Applications/rkward.app/Contents/MacOS/rkward

1.

QT_LOGGING_RULES="qt.webenginecontext.debug=true"
QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS="--enable-logging --log-level=0 --v1"
rkward

2.

QT_LOGGING_RULES="qt.webenginecontext.debug=true"
