DESCRIPTION
System Settings ->Power Management -> Advanced Power Settings-> Charge Limit
Charge limit resets to 100% on reboot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set the charge limit to a value below 100% - say 96% for example
2. click apply
3. enter root password at the prompt.
4. reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
charge limit is set to 100%
EXPECTED RESULT
it should stay wherever it was set to, 96% in this example
