How do I disable the setup assistant popup please

rkward uses some of the same plugins, which are usually packaged with kate (and
the same libraries to a large extent). In fact, the check that triggers the
setup assistant does not actually check for kate itself, but just for the
presence of any kate plugins. Features will be missing without those.

Just install kate. You won't be forced to use it, and it will not need a lot of
additional disk space, if rkward is already installed.
