RKWard 0.8.3 is crashing on KDE NEON 6.7.2

[DES Alfonso Cano Robles]

The problem is back: RKWard crashes when sending commands from the Kate
script editor on KDE Neon build.

```
user:~$ mv ~/.config/rkwardrc ~/.config/rkwardrc.backup
user:~$ rkward
```
Did not work,

I think I might have to contact the distro maintainers.
