Bug in Windows 11 Output Window Crash

Hello all, hoping you are well.

Just to report that on version:

rkward-master-2329-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64.exe

When trying to create output window it would say, it would not find the
output window to append the result and when creating the output file it
crashes.


Here are some back and front end files. I hope they can provide some
useful info.
