I got a similar report, recently, but personally, I cannot reproduce, despite
using the same library versions.

Could you try to get at a backtrace as follows?

> gdb rkward
[then, in the gdb prompt:]
> start
> cont
[now provoke the problem, then:]
> bt
> thread apply all bt

Could you give the latest development AppImage a try, too
