RKWard 0.8.3 is released

I have installed on an Intel Mac (Sequoia) and on a M4  Chip Mac (Tahoe)
and seems to be working pretty well in both cases.
And it installed well on a Windows 11 I'll make a few more trials and keep
you posted.

I hope to install it on a KDE neon soon.
