Stability and installation on windows

Hi there, just to let you know that while now version 0.8.2-1 is
installing and running on Windows, I've noticed that is a little clumsy on
the start-up process. Till the point, that every time that a new session is
started the program will crash and until de second time around it will
start, with a message to recover the last working session.
I tried version rkward-master-2221-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64.exe , but it
regressed to the  error that the file "kdesigleapplicaition-qt6.dll" was
missing.
