RKWard 0.8.2 not working on a Windows 10 VM

I just tried out to install RKWard 0.8.2, on a Windows 10 VM.
Every thing went well through the installation process,
but when I tried to run it I kept receiving the message that the file
"kdesigleapplicaition-qt6.dll" was missing, that reinstalling it would
solve the problem, but it did not. I even redownloaded the file and even
tried out the daily build with no success.
I ended up reinstalling the 0.8.1 version which was a success, it ran
smoothly.
Any thoughts?
