no, there is not, but you can easily add this, yourself:

1. On the right-hand-side of the main window, click on "Snippets"
2. You may want to create a new "repository" to contain you custom
snippets (right-click).
3. Create a new snippet (right-click on the desired repository, then
select "Add snippet". I hope the dialog is self-explanatory. Otherwise,
just ask. To assign a keyboard shortcut, click on the button next to the
"name" field.
