Changing the name of data.frame object on the workspace crashes RKWard

Hello,

First, Thanks a lot for the new version!
It's very nice!
This is just to share that I've noticed a little bug which is driving
me crazy.
When I use the contextual menú to change the name of a data.frame crashes
RKWard.
Version 0.7.5.
¿Is just me or anyone can confirm this?

Clicking "Accept" crashes the program.
