Curious issue with over-size configuration screen...

as for a workaround, most window managers on Linux allow to move a
window by holding Alt, the clicking anywhere in the window and
dragging. This should allow you to reach the hidden buttons.
That the same problem is present in kate isn't too surprising at all:
RKWard uses the same text editing component, and therefore some of the
same configuration pages. Likely it is one of those that is too large.
Could you please:
a) Post the installed version of the KDE libraries (Help->About
RKWard->Libraries)?
b) Click through the configuration pages (do not forget to also look
into tabs, where they exist), trying to identify whichever page
prevents shrinking? I.e. a page that is filled from top to bottom with
controls that cannot themselves be shrunk any further. (For instance,
scrollable view an typically shrink to around three or four rows of
text, but e.g. a checkbox control has a fixed height).
