RKWard 0.7.1b is available

Hi Thomas,

ich habe den backport auf CRAN aktualisiert. Der wird ja dann vermutlich auch 
weiterhin funktionieren, wenn R 4.0.1 am 6. Juni veröffentlicht wird, stimmt's?
