Help info does not display

Hi,
I just installed RkWard for Windows. 

 Help does not want to appear neither from a script file (Function reference) nor from the Help Search window at the bottom of RKWard and nor from Help on R in the Help menu.

For example, I tried to get help for persp() function, but no help is displayed.

I used the Windows installer to install RKWard:
   
   - RKWard Version 0.7.0b
   - R 3.4.4
   - Windows 10
