debian packages of plugins available for R 3.5

hi,

this post only affects you if you're using the debian packages of our plugins.

i've set up a new debian repository for plugin packages built for R 3.5. you 
might have noticed that if you wanted to upgrade to R 3.5, all R packages (as 
well as RKWard) must be upgraded as well, as the binary formats are 
incompatible. to not mix up builds for earlier versions of R and R 3.5 
onwards, most projects have added new repositories, e.g. CRAN now uses

 https://cloud.r-project.org/bin/linux/ubuntu $UBUNTUVERSION-cran35/

for R 3.5.

if you want to use our new repository, simply replace "/deb" with "/debR35" in 
your current apt sources configuration.

full and up-to-date instructions for the rk.ANOVA plugin (just as an example) 
can be found here:
