Workspace in right sidebar by default

seems like a reasonable expectatiion, and in fact I had to check,
myself, whether the feature was just well-hidden, broken, or
non-existent. Turns out it was the latter...

It will take more that just a few lines of code, though, so I have
added it to the tracker, for now:

it to finish a first version based on KF5 (aka "KDE 5").
