Hi!

For some reason, the main docbook declaration can't be found. I _guess_ this problem may be due to trying to install to a local path, which is not well tested. As a very quick and dirty workaround, edit CMakeLists.txt in the top source directory, and remove the line
> ADD_SUBDIRECTORY(doc)
Most parts of the documentation will still be available (as it does not rely on KDE's help system), and the "writing plugins" documentation is also available online (<http://rkward.sourceforge.net/documents/devel/plugins/index.html>)
But just to make sure: You are aware that a) binaries are available for Ubuntu (<https://launchpad.net/~rkward-devel/+archive/rkward-stable-cran> is the one you'll need for RKWard 0.6.1 and R >= 3.0.0), and b) you can also use this to build from source (apt-get build)?
Using .debs has the advantage that you can install to the system path (which is much more reliable for many KDE apps), and still be able to remove the software, cleanly, if needed.
Regards
Thomas
