RKWard plugins are R packages. that is, you install a plugin like you would 
install any other R package.

if the repository is configured in RKWard, which should be the default, (check 
that via "cofingure RKWard" -> "R packages"), you can use RKWards "configure R 
packages" dialog. packages which include plugins show a small RKWard logo 
there. by convention, most of these packages' names start with "rk.*".
