[rkward-users] rkward installation on windows server 2003

The problem seems to be the dbus-daemon process. if you start KWard in user1
and you quit the program, the dbus-daemon keeps running. so user2 cannot
start KWard. you must terminate the process from user1 to start the program
in user2
