You were right.  Find could not find FindKDE4internal.cmake.  I do have kdelibs4
installed, but not kdelibs4-devel.  Unfortunately, this is dependent on bzip2-devel.
I could not find corresponding version of bzip2 for my system after an exhaustive
search.  I do have libkde4 and installed libkde4-devel.

Now when I run cmake, I get the following error:

I have written to bzip2 to request bzip2-devel.  I will let you know how that
goes if I get it.
