so far that is to be expected. On Windows it's pretty much impossible to guess 
the correct location of the PHP installation, so you will have to set this up, 
once, in most cases.

I'll have to take a look into this (not on windows right now). KDE on Windows 
does have some file-browsing related bugs/crashes.

As a temporary workaround, search for the file "rkwardrc" in your user's 
directory. You can edit this with a text editor. You need to adjust the value 
of the "PHP binary" setting.
