I rarely use F9, so can not comment on it. But never had any problems with copy/paste
(modulo focus issues)..

Right, these are still annoying bugs, but not "show stopper" I guess. I face
these routinely in KDE 3.5 using rkward 0.4.9a. Do not know about the 0.5 version
on KDE 4.x! As I mentioned in the other reply, repeated use of "Alt-0 Alt-5"
gets the focus fixed. Doing this with shortcut keys, as opposed to a mouse,
is not that bad actually! You get the hang of it :)
