[rkward-users] rkward in Kubuntu Intrepid beta broken

This is actually a packaging type of issue. There is some mistake in the
package source debian/rules, I suppose. And I would also guess, that it
is related to the standard install directories of kde4, since the parts
missing (like the Help menu) seem to be related to the standard KDE stuff.
Just a guess, maybe I am wrong..
