[rkward-users] Bugfix release 0.4.7a

Hi all,

due to some grave problems on at least some systems (see 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=422541), I've prepared and 
uploaded a bugfix release to 0.4.7. Some further small issues are fixed as 
well, where the fixes were simple enough to release without much testing. 
Note that no significant new features have been added in this release.
