ktexteditor/syntax-nightlighting have been shipping `r.xml`, the syntax file for R highlighting, for years. Since this location version is the same as the current syntax-nightlighting, and that by using ktexteditor you get it (directly or indirectly) anyway, let's just drop this copy.
