[rkward-tracker] [rkward:feature-requests] #65 Split views for the script editor

This feature is a most. I used kate before piping the lines to the console and then i switched to rkward, basically because is kate based. However, I see myself from time to time moving into kate again as I continuously need to check other parts of my code in the same file as in others.

Analogous to kate's View > Split view > Split vertical, horizontal, close view
